Cut to the Chase Marketing™ offers small companies a full range of marketing services but not the sticker shock that comes from working with the big advertising agencies.
Company owner, Nancy Wagner, originally provided copywriting services for some of Puget Sound’s largest tech companies. But Nancy quickly realized her true interest and passion was in working with sole proprietors and small businesses that needed the same marketing assistance as larger companies…but on a much smaller budget. Hence, Cut to the Chase Marketing was born in 2003.
Today, the company exclusively works with companies ranging in size from one person to businesses with fewer than 100 employees. We help our clients create effective marketing strategies, print marketing materials, websites and social media campaigns that make their sales process more effective.
Nancy is a marketing strategist, speaker and writer whose articles have appeared in Home Business Journal, Nation’s Business, Emerging Business, The Mortgage Press, Houston Chronicle, Arizona Republic, Seattle: 150 Years of Progress, and Destination Issaquah among others. Nancy also gives speeches and seminars on a range of marketing topics important to small business owners. She has trained business owners at the Washington State Business Fair, Small Business Administration, Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training, chambers of commerce, business tradeshows, conferences, and other venues. Nancy also taught business writing classes to state government workers in Olympia.
Nancy was a member of the Board of Directors for Seattle’s Women Business Owners (WBO) and was a marketing chair on the Nellie Cashman Woman Business Owner of the Year Award. She holds a B.S. in Education from Eastern Illinois University. In her spare time, Nancy is a wildlife photographer who thinks of numerous marketing ideas while holding completely still in pursuit of the perfect wildlife photo.
